When a Partner publishes a a video, PPC Ads appear on their profile page throughout their entire publishing and interactive exchange with their followers. PPC Ads also appear on their LookiTV page where the Netcast is seen. In addition, PPC Ads are placed on the Live Video Connector, so when anyone connects to the publishers, they will see the Partner's PPC Ads.
All PPC Ads are related to the publishing because our search engine analyzes the content and then presents ads which are relevant.
Partner Qualification - Looki Publishers become qualified for "Ad Rev Share" Partner status upon obtaining 20 or more Looki Lookers. It's E-Z to obtain followers because if you list the subject of your Looki publishing, we will direct other Looki users to follow you when a subject is searched. Quite simply; the more you publish, the more Lookers you obtain AND of course, the more ppc ad revenue you will share.
Ad Receivable Account - You can see your ad revenue status in your ad receivable account of your home page. Each ad share is instantly applied to your ad receivable account for viewing. Receivable Revenue is automatically transferred to your Pay Pal or EPay Account during the 1st week of each month.

Ad Click (PPC) Rate - Looki represents large ad agencies who supply us with ppc advertising; they pay us for each click which link transfers the ad clicker to the advertiser's website. Most large search engines such as Yahoo, MSN and Google employ pay per click (ppc) affiliate programs.
PPC rates vary depending on various factors such as type of product or service, etc.
The relationship with our ad agencies is private to Looki. Looki Partners are not entitled to transact Looki Ad business with our ad agencies.
To control ppc abuse, Looki tracks and records all clicks from IP addresses. If Looki receives multiple clicks from any source, we will deduct excessive clicks to prevent overpayment and advertiser fraud and we will sever the partner account. Looki can cancel the partner ad program with any partner at anytime without notice and without reason.
